Working with a team from Jobs for the Future, I was the principal author of JPMorgan Chase’s Strengthening Dallas-Fort Worth: Building a Middle-Skill Pipeline to Sustain Economic Growth and Expand Opportunity. This report analyzed workforce demand and supply for middle-skill jobs in healthcare and IT in the Dallas-Fort Worth region and provided recommendations for local workforce, business, and education stakeholders to strengthen the region’s talent pipeline.
