Loh-Sze Leung has an extensive background and experience in workforce development for youth and adults, public policy, philanthropy and the nonprofit sector. Prior to launching Leung Consulting, Loh-Sze was the executive director of SkillWorks: Partners for a Productive Workforce from 2005-2014, a $30 million funder collaborative connecting residents of Greater Boston to jobs and businesses to a skilled workforce. She also served on Governor Deval Patrick’s Advisory Council for Refugees and Immigrants and on the Workforce Development Committee for the Boston Private Industry Council.
Earlier in her career, Loh-Sze served as the assistant executive director of the Los Angeles Youth Opportunity Movement and as development manager for the Los Angeles Regional Foodbank.
Loh-Sze earned her BA from Harvard-Radcliffe College and a Master of Public Policy from the UCLA School of Public Affairs. She currently lives in Dallas, TX, where she serves on the boards of Life in Deep Ellum and Faith in Texas Action and volunteers with a number of nonprofit and civic organizations.
